In this lesson you’ll update the stakeholder presentation you started when getting feedback about your positioning statement. You’ll add slides that present the positioning statement, support points and examples of how it can be executed such as a 100-word overview.
Guidance is provided such as have an open mind to input and feedback from stakeholders. However, you’re the positioning expert now; push back, if necessary, with evidence in the rationale document. Also avoid quibbling over unimportant details.
